KFC introduces Bucketverse VR Experience pop-up for an interactive summer promotion

KFC is launching a series of engaging activities and discounts this summer, including the KFC Bucketverse VR Experience pop-up. Running from August 17 to 20 at Hong Kong’s Hysan Place shopping centre, visitors can step inside an oversized KFC bucket to play a virtual reality (VR) game. The objective is to catch virtual flying chickens in a digital KFC world. Players have the chance to win a $60 KFC cash voucher based on their performance. Sharing pictures with KFC-themed 3D backdrops on social media can also lead to additional vouchers. Janet Lau, marketing director for KFC Hong Kong, emphasised the campaign’s aim to offer a creative and fun break from urban life.
