Vikas Khanna, a Michelin-starred chef, has opened Sacred Foods of India in Dubai. The limited-edition book is restricted to 250 copies, and Khanna collaborated with the physical platform Akshaya.io., which developed unique NFTs for each copy. OneRare is the firm spearheading the creation of the world’s first food metaverse, with the goal of bringing the global food and beverage sector onto the blockchain. Some of the worldwide luminaries that have joined the foodverse include MasterChef judge Arnold Poernomo, chef Anthony Sarpong, and food company Burattino Brick Oven Pizza. Users may use OneRare, an online restaurant and game platform, to learn how to make food from their favourite chefs. They can also earn tokens that may be used for a meal at Farzi Cafe. “The metaverse is a fusion of intellect between the real and virtual worlds,” states Zorawar Kalra, founder and managing director of Massive Restaurants.
