Luxury brand Valentino has partnered with Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, to create a collection of digital fashion styles for Meta avatars. Following in the footsteps of other luxury brands like Balenciaga, Prada, and Thom Browne, Valentino has released its inaugural Web 3.0 capsule collection. The collection features six designs, including dresses, jackets, t-shirts, jeans, and shorts, inspired by Valentino’s recent collections. The garments prominently display the brand’s iconic V emblem as well as its signature red and Pink PP colours. The collaboration allows users to dress their Meta avatars in Valentino’s virtual attire across various social media platforms. Valentino has been exploring virtual fashion through partnerships with augmented reality and digital culture platforms, further expanding its presence in the digital fashion space.
